Our new Extra Care service plans have been designed to help you get the most from your energy dollar and give you confidence that you have the best home comfort protection, whether you heat your home with oil or propane. When you enroll in one of our service plans, you can count on.

Fuel bill savings from comprehensive tune-ups.

We’ll perform a tune-up every year on your heating system.

This will reduce the chance of breakdowns, cut your fuel bills by up to 10% and keep your system running at peak efficiency.

Same-Day Service

If you lose your heat and call us by 5 p.m., an R.F. Ohl service technician will be at your home the dame day. We also reserve the first and last service appointments of the day exclusively for our service plan customers.

24-hour Emergency Service.

You get first-in-line service if you have a no-heat emergency. You are guaranteed priority, emergency service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Should your heating equipment need a repair, as a service plan customer, you will receive big discounts or complete coverage for parts and labor, depending on the plan you choose.

Expert Technicians

Some companies send inexperienced subcontractors to handle repair jobs, but we don’t. We only use our own team of expert, trustworthy technicians. Q: Which plan is best for me?
A:
It depends on the level of protection you’re comfortable with and the age and condition of your system. If you prefer comprehensive parts-and-labor coverage, you’ll probably want the Gold Plan, available for systems 15 years or newer. If your system is 15 years old or older, the Bronze Plan is a cost-effective option.

Our service plans can save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars on repair costs over the life of your system. Without a service plan, depending on your system type, replacing a furnace’s blower motor costs $368, including labor. Installing a new circulator will set you back about $250, including labor. With the Gold Plan, replacement of these parts – and most others that typically need repairing or replacing at some point – is covered. With our Bronze Plan, repair charges are reduced by 15%
