The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program is a special program for Pennsylvania homeowners to finance energy saving home improvements. All Pennsylvania homeowners who are making qualifying improvements to their primary residence or second home are eligible. Good credit and the ability to repay are required, however all income levels are eligible.

What Improvements Can Be Financed?

The Keystone HELP program is for ENERGYSTAR™ rated and other high efficiency and renewable energy improvements. All work can be financed if at least 65% of the project is comprised of ENERGYSTAR™ rated Electric, Gas and Oil (84% AFUE) Heating and Air Conditioning Systems and related work! We carry a complete line of ENERGYSTAR rated gas & Oil heating units & Air Conditioning Systems that qualify under the Keystone HELP program guidelines!

• Keystone HELP will have a decision on your application, generally in 24 hours or less and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
• Get an estimate for qualifying improvements from Ohl Fuel Oil.
• Complete the Keystone HELP Retail Installment Agreement provided to you by your Approved Contractor (Ohl Fuel Oil).
• Keystone HELP will dispurse your loan directly to us when the work is done to your satisfaction
